This product fits well, is very comfortable and very absorbent. Great for overnight usage.

These are the best leak proof, do we call them briefs? that I've ever tried, and I think I've tried them all. They aren't too bulky so they don't show under my pants, which is vital to me. My body is old, but my brain is not, so I don't want it obvious that I have them on. They fit very well. I was very happy that I had to drop down to a medium from a large to have a nice fit. I feel secure and safe wearing them. I would highly recommend them. I probably won't try other brands now, looking for that perfect one because I think I've found it.

The product was as advertised. The size was as advertised. I have used this product for about 3 years now and they do not leak. They fit well for a 3X type of guy.

Does cause some skin irritation, my autistic son developed a rash. Also it's fairly bulky, so tends to hang low. Works good to stop leaks though

These are absolutely the best incontinence diapers I have tried. I got frustrated trying to find a good one off the shelf at WALGREENS or SCHNUCKS. The quality just was not there. These fit very well and are very comfortable and an accident is very unlikely with the quality of these diapers. Life is hard and unpleasant enough without worrying about such things as this. They may cost a few pennies more, but you get what you pay for.

they would protect better if there was side padding as well as front and rear. sleepers on their sides leak.

These are by far the best I have ever used for my mother. A little pricy but worth it.
