Two packages, both arrived together. The item is very cleverly packaged and well proected. It was best for two people to put the couch together. Very pleased with the quality. The boucle fabric is lovely and better than some high end ones I have seen. It is very firm and comfortable. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to like this sofa, but after some regular use, it’s been a major letdown. It might look fine at first glance, but it’s just not built for comfort or longevity. The cushioning started to lose shape pretty quickly, making it uncomfortable to sit on for any real length of time. What’s worse is the structural integrity—within a short period, parts started creaking and sagging. For anyone who isn’t super lightweight, this sofa just doesn't hold up. It feels flimsy and hasn’t handled normal daily use well at all. If you’re after a reliable, everyday piece of furniture, I’d seriously consider looking elsewhere. Wish I had.

Timely delivery, looks good, doesn’t feel quite so sturdy/ stable when in sofa mode, and have also bought a mattress topper, which I would recommend. Next time I probably should try such a product before purchase

It looks the part but is very hard and not comfortable at all ,it's easy to put together but the one I bought my other son was £100 cheaper and much softer ..I wouldn't recommend this sofa bed theres much better ones out there .
