I've been doing a tool spree this year, and I think this is the final piece to my initial wish list for my workshop. I'm not sure I truly need it, per se, but it's such a lovely, foundational, hefty piece that I'm glad I have it now. Kind of going out of my way to find jobs that require clamping and holding. But you're not here to hear about my personal views of tool ownership, so I'll just sum this up by saying that the vise is awesome, it's made well, it works well, and it looks great. It can easily become a key part of your own workshop! The rundown ...Quality -- Solid as a rock, but still attractively made for a vise. Very nice. 5/5Utility -- Versatile and perfectly aligned. Gets the job done. 5/5Parity -- I think this a pretty good price. Worth it just to see the delivery driver struggle with the weight ... 5/5

The screw action on this vise is very smooth and has very little slop, especially at this price point. The blue hammered finish is very nice as well. I have mounted this to my bench and have done a few light little odd jobs with it. I like the ability to adjust the jaws to any angle so i can clamp my work just about any way i might need to. I will update this review with long term durability after i get some heavy duty use out of it. I don't see me finding a way to break this thing.
