Great machine, bit messy but well worth the benefits.
My teeth have never felt so clean. A fantastic all round cleaner for gums, teeth and gaps/crevices. I always think that floss/toothpicks and interdental brushes when using them have a tendency to not clean effectively and can catch and damage teeth. I already own a cordless phillips sonicare interdental spray pick that I use for convenience in the shower for gaps and gum cleaning/pockets and I love it as it is so versatile and non time consuming, just use and go. This machine and attachments take more time and can not be used quickly or in the shower due to the power supply needed (comes with standard 3 pin plug NOT shaver socket, an adapter would be needed for this), however the results are superior. Due to this I intend using them both, my sonicare daily and this unit twice weekly. The advantage of this unit is it can be used with water up to 40 degrees centigrade as some others can only be used with cold water, making the experience less uncomfortable for people with sensitive gums and teeth. The tool selection is great with 6 attachments, 3 standard for gap cleaning, the tongue cleaner, gum pocket cleaner which is great for reducing bleeding to the gums and deep cleaning of gums around the base of teeth, and the tool with the brush is soft but effective and is ideal for people with braces. If I had to make a very small criticism it would be that it is quite messy to use, the water that projects from the tools into the mouth with the pressure means the water is not contained in the mouth and runs down the chin. You have to use this over a sink or similar receptacle, you could not use this without as it would be very messy, however the benefits and tooth/gum care it provides far outweigh this.

All in all a great product. My teeth have never felt so clean ...
All in all a great product. My teeth have never felt so clean and it easily remove items from in between my teeth. Also to back this up I have still been using dental floss and interdental brushes afterwards, but since using this water flosser there is pretty much nothing (or nothing) left for them to remove. My dentist has also noticed the different in my teeth and is very pleased with the results (He actually advised me to buy a water flosser). The power setting are very useful as they do range from quite gentle to very powerful (I have found my mouth as got use to this very quickly and I have been able to increase the power without any pain or discomfort). Although I do advise to use very slightly warm water as I find that just cold water can be a bit of a shock! The only real issues with this product is that firstly it only comes with a normal UK 3 pin plug and I think a choice of a two pin plug would be very useful and much safer to use in a bathroom. The other issue I had was when I first used the product the motor would come on but no water was taken into the system, after doing some research on an entirely different product I found that sometimes the system needs to be primed (which is actually very easy to do) but the real problem is simply this is not stated in the instructions! To prime the system this is what you need to do:1.Ensure black valve in the reservoir tank is inserted with the dome side facing up and the four-pronged side facing down to connect with the base of the unit.2.Fill reservoir at least half full of water and ensure it is firmly seated onto the base of the unit (Press down firmly to engage the reservoir to the base)3.Confirm the unit is plugged into an active electrical outlet.4.Set Water Flosser to the highest pressure setting and place the handle down into the sink and turn the unit on as this generally starts the flow of water within 30 seconds.5.If this process fails to start the flow of water, insert a jet tip and gently draw on the tip as you would a drinking straw until water comes throughThe unit should now work correctly

Nice clean mouth feeling.
I had a hand held water flosser, which, although it did the job was annoying to keep refilling mid way through. This larger unit removes this issue. It's easy to use, reasonably quiet, and has a nice build quality. When using it can be a bit messy, but I don't think any similar unit will be able to avoid this due to what it needs to do.Having used it for a few days my mouth feels cleaner, and without the swollen him feeling after floss. The tongue cleaner wand is a nice addition.Like other reviewers have already said, I don't understand why a 3pin plug is attached. Most bathroom products come with a 2pin shaver plug, but only a small issue if you have an extension lead.Overall I'd recommend this product and it appears to be affordable quality

I like it but I can not do my teeth in ...
I like it but I can not do my teeth in the bathroom, I thought you'd just plug it in to charge it then you're good to go. However it only works when it's plugged in so it's not very safe or hygienic to do it in any other room than the bathroom.

Rubbish or use in a bathroom
Totally unsuitable for use in a bathroom as the adaptor was a three pin plug and not a shaver point plug which one usually finds in a bathroom (where most people clean their teeth) so this gift to my son will remain unused unless it is possible for Sterline to supply an adaptor suitable for a shaver point!

Go to dentist
I'm sorry but this product is a waste of money. The only thing it does is squirt water through the teeth and even at the max setting my teeth didn't feel any cleaner, ie plaque removed. The only thing it seemed to do on max was to fill your mouth up with water at an impressive rate. The tools are flimsy. No I will stick to dental floss.

Good product, a bit fiddly at first.
Nice compact water flosser. Took a bit of getting used to as the whole process felt a little fiddly at first. Teeth felt nice and clean afterwards. One rawback is it comes with a UK standard 3 pin plug, not a 2 pin shaving socket plug, so at the minute am using it in the kitchen. Otherwise is good little product.
