Edit after a couple months: Upping my review from 4 to 5 stars. Turns out the socks were just overly compressed from being shrink wrapped into a tiny box. After a wash they puffed out a bit and are super comfortable and fit great (though I might be wary if my feet were bigger). Highly recommend! Original review: The price is fantastic on these socks, but having worn them a few days, I'm concerned I may be getting what I paid for. On my size 10 feet they seem pretty thin by the time I've stretched them to fit (I have no idea how they'd fit size 11 feet). I'll revisit to update the review if there are wear issues after a couple washes.

They are socks. Comfortable, but tad bit on the small side. The material is relatively thin, though, so they're not great cushion for running and will probably wear faster.
