Who knew I was controlling? I came across this possibility in another book and needed proof. I love that this book explains what a controlling person is, what their behaviors are and various scenarios. It also gives you practical and quick ways to identify and overcome controlling behaviors. Great short read.

Elementary, yet solid guidance
I enjoyed what a quick read this was. It's factual and to the point, with zero fluff. At the same time, I experienced the book as being basic. So if you've done little to no self-improvement work and are curious about the possibility of you being controlling and how to shift, this book could be for you. After all, it's a short read, so why not?

Practical, quick, easy read
Super quick read, but helpful and practical. They are basic steps that anyone can follow. It doesn’t go into crazy detail which is nice, just puts common sense things into perspective while providing some insight. I feel like it may not work as well for someone with a huge control issue who hasn’t started to identify or try and make changes, but I found it really helpful!
