I was a little concerned about whether this was going to fit my mainstay gazebo 10x10 (121”); but it fits perfectly. The material is thicker than my original one and doesn’t blow away with the wind. The color is just as described and it keeps the water from getting to my patio furniture. Zipper is good and keeps bugs out. Buy this if you’re considering!

I haven’t put the main canopy on yet but have installed the 2 nd tier canvas. It fits a little loose but in comparison to 2 others I ordered this piece fits better than the others. Apparently at one point Lowe’s sold two different sizes one being a true 10x10 size and another style that was sold was only 117” x 117. So I suggest you make sure of measurements prior to ordering

Just put it up. Easy to put on, not so tight as others we have gotten. Also it has more grommets so I believe rain will drain better. The only issue is the Velcro is just a little short for our frame. On our corners we the Velcro just meets by 1/2 an inch. This is an easy fix for me. I will definitely buy again when needed.

Quality is decent but proportions are odd. The sides are not long enough to securely attach - they pop off and will require extra velcro tape to be added. The top vent piece has a convenient zip off, but is way too baggy for our top piece - had to rig it by bunching up excess fabric inside the point and zip tying it like a pony tail. I did measure before purchasing, but did not know the original brand, so can't really blame the product for the poor fit. Just measure your heights before purchasing, including the vent top, to save yourself some frustration. Yes, we could exchange it if I felt like going through all that again. Lessons learned for the next replacement.

I ordered mine the other day and have not got it yet. I am suppost to be getting it tomorrow. I was reading all the comments about how its not fitting and I would like to oint out that I came across this from one that I bough in the store here down the street from me. Only after trying to put on that top to my gazebo that is a 10x10 did I found out that just because it says its a 10x10 gazebo does not mean its a true 10x10. Most of the 10x10 tops are only 117 inchs a true 10x10 is 120 inchs I had to search through so many tops to find one that read will fit 120inchs and not 117 inchs. From what I found out from this seller is that he or she posted that its a true 120 inch top. I hope that is true for that is what i need. If you all are having problems with this top being to big then the person to blame for this is the company that sold you that gazebo because its not a true 10x10 and its only 117 inches. So you will need to find out what is the inches. Update: So I got the large top today and it fit perfectly... How ever the very top smaller part was to big and will have to be manipulated to fit. It was about 4 inches to bigon all four corners.

This is the second sun shade cover that I have purchased through Amazon. The first lasted four summers and then had to be discarded. This shade is of superior quality and fits the 10' x 10' frame very well. I am very happy with it and hope it lasts many summers.

I wasn’t expecting this to be as advertised 10 ft by 10 ft is a difficult size to get and I have returned many but this was a perfect fit the eyelet holes to let water out is an excellent idea if I could say a few more straps around the sides would be perfect this was double the price I would normally pay because they usually only last one year but I’m hopefull this will last a little longer
