Safe, work great
I've tried a lot of punches and these are the best. You can get a LOT of pressure applied on the point especially if you put a paracord loop through the triangle for a better grip. These work first time unlike a lot of the spring-loaded center punch kind or the ResQME, which do work, but sometimes take multiple tries and can result in cut hands due to pushing on the glass. If yours or someone else's life could be on the line don't skimp...these WORK and it's much easier to control the breakage so you are less likely to be cut, making these SAFE.

Top Quality Window Punch
I bought a window punch from a local store and ended up returning it because I felt it was poor quality and worried it wouldn’t work in case of emergency. I found this one and it’s pretty heavy duty, yet light weight and ready for an emergency. I have no doubt this will work when called on.

Excellent window punch.
Used it in training with my fire department today in a extraction class. Made easy work on side and rear windows.

Good tool
A good tool. I gave it 4 stars as the tool does bend at one end. I thought the shaft was full metal. Still a good tool to have in case of an emergency to break a glass car window.

Works Great, so long as you don't...
Works great for breaking automotive glass just so long as you don't slow down the strike action by adding it to a key chain. Adding keys to this softens the strike against the glass making it less than effective. Run it solo.

Disappointing!!!!!
Finally had the opportunity to utilize the Zak tool window breaker. Nothing else to say except it flat out doesn’t work. I tried 10 times before some handed me a product that broke the glass first attempt. Very disappointed in this product.

Great tool.
Breaks out windows like a champ. I use a carabiner and 1" keyring to keep it on my bunker gear and it keeps it handy for extracating patients. Be warned, I had one of these before and it magically disappeared lol. Also, wearing it inside fires has been ok but be warned that with all that water and nasties flying about, you will need to thoroughly wash and dry it and I would go so far as to coat it with some WD-40 or something of the like to keep it from rusting.
