I wanted this fishbowl planter as a base for my 3 foot white Christmas tree. It’s perfectly proportionate to the tree. I love the pattern, but t admit, there is a slight gray undertone in the “white” background. It very heavy and substantial. I’m happy with this purchase!

Besides the pattern, I appreciate this "fishbowl" doesn't have a drain hole. I am using it as cache pot into which I set a fairly large potted plant. My only wish is that it had been a bit taller, perhaps by four inches, to effect a nicer proportion, especially as it sits on the carved stand I bought with it.

Needed a base for our chinoiserie themed Christmas tree. This was perfect!! Very sturdy. Perfect addition to blue and white themed decor.
