Park Tool SCW-14 Shop Cone Wrench Tool 14 mm

If you want a cone wrench, (spanner in the UK!), you cannot beat the quality of the ones made by Park Tool. Cone spanners need to be thin to function correctly and many brands are too flimsy to release a cone that has been secured with an overtightened nut. The steel used in Park Tool cone spanners feels super tough and properly heat treated so you can loosen the tightest cone and securing nut combinations. I recommend spending a little extra and buying Park Tool cone spanners as they last forever.

Used to overhaul mtb rear hub. Easily and securely held the cone nut, not worried at all of it slipping. Even though it's only 2mm thick, there's no flex in use. Plastic covered handle is good, reduced hand fatigue though under tightening torque it can still feel a bit digging on the hand. Happy with this, great quality tool.

If you’re doing any cup and cone adjustment you’ll need 2. Overall expensive for what it is, but still cheaper (and quicker) than the bike shop. Quality is what you expect from park tool

I bought this 15mm cone spanner to go in the bike box to substitute as a pedal spanner. A great addition for travelling and as a general cone spanner. Typical high quality Park Tool spanner.

Feels good quality and does the job. I purchased two of these for bike maintenance. Strong and light enough weight to not worry about placing in the backpack if needed during those longer and rough rides.

Questo tipo di chiave, costruita dalla Park Tool che è una fabbrica americana di utensili specifici per biciclette è adatta ai dadi a cono degli assi dei pacchi pignoni, la cui dimensione è troppo stretta per una comune chiave spaccata non specifica. Il manico è rivestito di materiale vinilico che ne rende più comodo l'uso. Non è assolutamenta adatta per smontare i pedali, troppo sottile: le sue misure sono infatti lunghezza 20,4 cm, larghezza nella sua parte più larga 4,4 cm, spessore 2 millimetri. Per i pedali sono adatte la serie PW, (PW-3, PW-4 e PW-5) decisamente più spesse e più lunghe per avere più leva. Sul sito del costruttore (che non posso citare ma lo trovate facilmente) c'è tutto il catalogo con foto, specifiche e hanno anche un canale youtube dove mostrano i prodotti e come vanno usati.
