This is a well-made good quality item. Everything was in good order and an instruction sheet came with it. Comes with 2 front flaps, top and bottom, to allow easy access. Internal straps for attaching to pet collar/harness. Measurements: internal base plate is 14"36cm x 11"/28cm; internal height 17"/44cm.; handle height 30"/77cm when closed and 45"114cm when fully extended. Has 2 large side pockets, integral rucksack harness, and fabric carry handle. 2 Sets 2 small roller wheels, at the back and 2 plastic 'feet' at the front. Includes a metal 'rod' which is inserted across the centre front in between 2 mesh windows (to support shape of carrier), by opening Velcro at side and sliding rod through the central black strip. My cat fits inside very neatly. This is designed for small animals -possibly up to a dog the size of an average Jack Russell. The mesh windows seem quite sturdy, though cat claws do get hooked into them. Would be nice if it came in other colours, and had rubber wheels (so as to make less noise for animals sensitive ears - it makes the same level of noise as a pull-along suitcase).

The item arrived on time and the packaging was good, It's of good quality and sturdy, the only fault being that I have been unable to open one of the zips on one of the side pockets. Main complaint though is that there was no paperwork, no address of seller, no invoice and no way of returning the item anyway. As I am otherwise happy with the product I decided simply to keep it but have no idea how I would have returned it had this not been the case. My dog is getting used to it and seems perfectly comfortable with her ride home when her legs are giving way.

Product appears well made and sturdy,fit for purposeOnly used it once so far and my dog seemed happyish.Good you can hold it,carry it on back or push/pull it and handle extends quite high(I'm 5ft 5")Only disappointment was the size of base, it was narrower in width than I expected and my dog is 5kg.Overall happy.

This was perfect for what I needed for my pug puppy it let me get her out and about socialising her and getting to here new sounds before she had her injections . It is ideal for the smaller dog .

I carry my cat to the vets in this and I always hear coments from amused people . The straps hang to low for then I want to pull it but the main thing is that it's perfect for those who don't have cars

Good product, strong and durability. Like a shopping trolley you can pull it up behind you on buses and push forward on the pavement. It'd be better if the base was straight for the dog 🐕 or cat 😽 could sit comfy instead of an angle as you push it. Definitely saves your arms in a carry bag 💼.

Excellent for my poor old boy that loves his walks but doesn't always have the energy to get home! He is not at all disturbed about being in the carrier and I can pull him home at my pace ......
