This scale has all of the quality and guarantee I wanted. I love the handle, too, and that it is metal, not plastic. I sought diligently to find a quality, domestically manufactured industrial work scale and I am very pleased. I really which that there was a version with an old fashioned non-electrinic mechanism, though, because I don't want to be dependent upon a circuit board, frankly. But hopefully it won't get damaged by some electronic EMP or get damaged from lightning. It works well and I would recommend this company especially if they manufacture all of the replacement parts domestically, by the hands of US Constitution-loving citizens. That is who I want to support. UPDATE: Still 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s 🏆❗️ Well, it has been well over a year and this scale continues to ROCK! I’m just so happy with it and relieved that I can depend on it. I use it to weigh myself, not just my luggage, it’s so much nice to stand on a larger, more stable space than small scales. I love that this platform is large enough for the luggage to fit on it without rocking precariously. I am not a salesperson not do I own a business, to stress again, but I would toot the horn of this manufacturer any day. I’m an at-home older person and going through chronic illness and I really needed very much to be able to depend on a product I could trust. No one is paying me to give a positive review—this is just me, a very happy customer. I am hoping the circuit board is sealed well so that it will last my whole lifetime. With this being a domestic, US manufacturer of good old American quality, I think it’s worth supporting them, seeing how mine is working so dependably and is so accurate. I needed something that was a no-brainer to use, and this is meeting my needs, which it is still passing with flying colors. For you wondering how to wade through comparisons, I did that, and learned about this company’s own product quality standards, which are intentionally high. How can you beat that kind of trust that they establish and back? Back in the day (I’m almost 70), product really were made to last, not made to expire quickly in order to manipulate repeat sales. This company takes me back to when our fridges, clothes washers, dryers, cars, portable heaters, electric tools… lasted 30-40 years…that’s why I dragged my parents old Maytag washer & dryer clear from the Rocky mountains after they passed away a few years ago, to the northeast where they continue to work like no new disposable washer-dryers made today, some of which have too quickly failed me. I really do believe I’ve discovered a gool ol’ American company with old fashioned quality standards. They remind me of a little table tpp potable heater my parents owned since the 50’s that never did die. It’s still making warmth. Toasters worked forever, too. How about us customers seek these companies out and give them the support they need so we can all be benefitted? I have found businesses this fine in a number of countries as well, like Germany, Japan, Switzerland, and look at a certain olive oil company in Spain who in trustworthy!—that is rare. What if we pray our way to these who deserve to be rewarded for customer satisfaction. An example of my frustration in finding som things I want (badly!) is the elesive 2.5mm zipper size #0, once if not still made by Talon. Those selling that 1940’s-50’s “wallet/coin purse zipper now are kiterally holding it hostage for one use only-/doll zippers for doll clothing, chopping the zipper tape up into tiny chunks and refusing to sell longer zippers for other uses, used I want, and for 15+ years, my pleas to the manufacturers, distributors and sellers has fallen on deaf ears. It was and may still be made by Talon (is that YKK now?), but do you think it’s reachable to me?? They have made it clear that they don’t want to look at the marketing potential of this very much wanted zipper size, even in this minimalist day and age of feather-light, packable fabrics. Weird of their marketing team, for sure. This lack of listening to customers never used to happen, and yet, now this is a common and sad business issue because of social and customer indifference toward buyers. This scale company still has a listening ear, so please, let’s value companies who listen and respond to customers. That will benefit both sides.

We needed a durable scale that was fairly accurate when weighing large items and this unit has lived up to the task. Not the cheapest scale available but that is for a reason it isn't cheaply made. Easy to move room to room and extra helpful with the larger platform than most postal scales. We use it for weighing ingredients and depend on it working well.

Wide and slim enough to go under a typical cardboard cat scratcher, my cat's favorite place to sit. Some rolled up tape underneath the scratcher keeps it attached atop the scale. Placing the scale's separate display higher up makes it easy to see from across the room. The scale stays on all the time, but the display only illuminates when non-zero. I use the Pounds mode, which has increments of 0.1Lbs, versus the Kilogram mode's 0.05kg increments. That's basically a wash because 0.1Lbs == 0.045kg. The 0.1Lb increments are equal to a Mcdonald's hamburger patty (pre-cook weight). Would definitely buy again.

This scale has great practical utility. It can weigh everything from large, heavy packages to luggage prior to heading to the airport. My one very large complaint is that it does not weigh in tenths of a pound or milligrams. I would have loved to have eliminated my smaller scale in favor of this one, but it lacks on the smaller scale, which was disappointing. It does appear to be fairly bullet proof, and, unlike another customer, I found it very easy to clean. The stainless steel is wonderful.

Bought this after our company kept buying cheap rubbermaid that would eventually stop working and quickly. This is going to be our 3rd purchase of this scale, use it in our offices and on the go in our trucks/vans to weigh packages that can weigh up to 200 lbs, hasn't disappointed. Oldest one has a few tiny dents but no real issue. One thing to keep in mind is to keep the floor underneath clean and free of debris as with any scale but this one especially as things can get underneath it quite easily with the gap there is.

Love the size of the platform and the carrying handle. Seems to be accurate. Great scale so far except..... The stainless steel platform rusts slightly and discolors which is very disappointing as I use mine for at tjmes, wet seafood. #2 down fall..the weighing table should have been full stainless metal one piece wrap..the plastic ends let water seep in so when you take the scale by the handle to carry after any wet use..water drips out and makes a mess..disappointing. Even if you dry the table surface there is water you can not dry off in the plastic ends. Love the scale but the engineers dropped the ball on practical use clean up.

It's perfect for my small business! Very accurate and easy to use, and the steel top is heavy duty and looks awesome!
