I got deep sleep after weeks
Me and my partner both used it. It works for sure!! it’s not too sweet it’s sugar free also. I already finished 5-6 of them. I take it around 10pm so I can sleep early. In 30-40 mins you feel sleepy after eating one gummy and next day I wake up on time for gym at 7am! I didn’t feel drowsy the next day I woke up feeling very fresh and relaxed. My partner said it took a little longer for him to feel sleepy (but that could also be because he was watching TV and not really in bed!!) but he too said he woke up really really fresh feeling super rested! This is so useful I kept some in my travel kit also. So useful to make sure your entire week is not spoiled because you couldn’t sleep on time!

Say goodbye to sleep struggles.
This is the second review I am writing for products made by Sova Health. I had been struggling with sleep for a while and anybody who struggles with sleep will know how frustrating the experience it is. After using 'Gut Set Go' by the same company I bought the Sleep Snack and I have to say, this company does not disappoint. Really tasty, easy to use and very very effective. I take the sleep snack which comes in the form of a gummie about 30 minutes before sleeping. I have been falling off to sleep within minutes of getting into bed thereafter. I absolutely see myself buy this product repeatedly and have recommended it to a lot of my friends.

Tablets are of low quality and performance. It's leaking in side tab cover which is very bad service
