My Arcade Atari Gamestation Pro

I bought this as a gift, and except for a couple of tapes, it was wonderfully sealed which makes it look brand new. The product itself was amazing, especially for this price which is way more affordable and matches the quality of the console. We were ready to use cables for the controllers as I had read many complaints in the comments, but experienced no issues at all. The games are hard, because Atari games ARE HARD haha. Additionally, you can buy a microSD card and add a lot of games, which is an amazing plus. Overall it was an excellent purchase and I recommend it for anyone who wants to relive their old-school gaming days.

My nitpick is they should have virtual manuals for each game. The trial and error of figuring out what game 1, 2, 3, etc actually are is a bit much. But other than that this is amazing. Paddle controllers. Atari joysticks that actually work. My kids love the simple fun games. Love it.

Got this at a bargain!!!! was able to update the firmware to version 1.3, followed the instructions closely, which are availble on the my arcade website. Formatted the sd micro disc as ex fat, loaded numerous roms for the atari 2600, 5200, 7800, mame & sega genesis, over 4600 roms loaded for now, these are available by doing a search on Google, very easy, when downloaded & unzipped(NOT the MAME roms), change the file extensions(.a26 for Atari 2600, .a52 for Atari 5200, .a78 for Atari 7800 & .gen for Sega Genesis). You can verify these changes by watching the numerous videos on Youtube, Enjoy & collect your favourite games of your past!!!

Product was defective and then the return process was a nightmare. Seller refunded me 50% of the sale price, for a restocking fee for a defective product. Needless to say, I contacted Amazon.

Works great, especially if you use the joysticks wired and have the TV in game mode (very important). Nice to play the classics again. Can be enhanced with custom firmware which I'm running, although it's not technically supported. The one star lower is due to the paddle being a bit small, and the joystick can feel a bit janky at times depending on the game.

My nephew loved it!

There are significant delays and slow response of the controllers which make using the games difficult. Also, some games do not open properly.
