I purchased this product to deal with discomfort during sexual intercourse. I have a narrow birth canal and I do not have children, so I have always had pain down there. Years ago I bought a dilator set from a medical company to help with the issue. It was made of hard plastic and came with a handle. It had 6 sizes just like this one and did help. The advantage of this current set is the soft silicone material and the suction base versus a handle. The first four sizes may work good for people having trouble inserting tampons. I am comfortable with these sizes. Number five is where I start feeling a bit of discomfort, but I can still insert without a problem. The largest size, which is about the size of an average penis is challenging at the insertion point for me. It takes some relaxation and lots of lubricant. Once in, it is uncomfortable for a while and gives the false sense of urgency to go to the bathroom. You really have to let it sit there for about 20-30 min. When comfortable, you can move it in and out a bit to work on stretching the muscles. It does take some time and practice. You have to be patient. Of course, everybody will be a little different depending on their condition. There are other similar sets on Amazon. I chose this one because of the good price point, the 6 sizes, the material and pointed design/suction. Great improvement from the old plastic dilators. I highly recommend and wish you all a great healing.

Excellent set, they are easy to clean (I use an antibacterial hand soap before and after use) and dry before storing in my closet. Thankfully, there's no odd logo on the bulk of the dilatator so it doesn't have a little nook for bacteria to hide.

This set of pelvic floor exercisers is made from silicone that's silky smooth to the touch. They increase in size and weight, and come with a small instruction leaflet. I was concerned that no instructions were included because they aren't mentioned in the listing, but they are there. I would prefer more in-depth instructions to be included with this item, but it does include a rudimentary how to use pamphlet. Instead of a stand, this set comes with a little bag to keep the exercisers in.

I ordered this for pelvic floor therapy. When I got the box, it wasn’t put together like it fully should have been. The bag was ripped open with one of the pieces out of the bag, with a blonde hair on it. Inside the bag was another small piece of dark brown hair that looked like pubic hair. This is something that should never be sent out twice considering what it is used for. This is absolutely disgusting.

Really helped after a hysterectomy.
