I noticed lines in the labels that I was printing and this cause my labels not to scan. I tried to clean the head but the lines still appeared. This worked perfectly and took about 5 minutes to install. There is a great video on YouTube on how to install it that was a big help and made it easy. You just have to be careful as the parts are delicate, Especially the pins

It is a product that can be used for one month.It's been a month and now there is a line and it doesn't work

Thermal printer printed blank labels so I replace the print head. Still didn't work. Discovered it was the Windows 10 update that messed up the UPS Worldship and just had to reinstall the driver. Everything worked fine, stuck with the one purchased on Amazon and has been printing the same as the original.

Received very fast but unfortunately the print is worse than the old one (see picture). Even after setting the printer to the darkest(hottest) setting the print is not of USPS or UPS standards. Had to switch back to the old one until get a new one (paying more but directly from Zebra this time).

The new print head breathed new life into our Zebra printer at work. Our old head was worn to the point that our scanners could no longer read our barcodes. With this simple, and relatively cheap (compared to the cost of a new printer), our printer is back at it and better than ever saving us hundreds of dollars.

If you have an old Zebra TLP2844 that print outs are faded, this is the solution. Simple replacement procedure videos can be found online. 5 minutes later, the print out is as good as day one!

It works as described. Make sure your power adapter is good too!

But return was easy and painless
