Bought to print off labels for my vinted parcels and it's very easy to use. Handy and quick.

I print postage labels for eBay sales on this printer and it has proven to be excellent! Very easy to set up via my computer and iPhone, quick printing ..sticky labels so you can just stick them to the parcel instead of using endless sellotape, and you’re ready to go!

I finally decided to buy a proper label printer for my business and this one has not let me down it was very easy to setup and to install the drivers, print quality is excellent i was able to connect it to my MacBook via usb and Bluetooth on windows and i wasn't able to do that with my previous printer so that is very convenient.I did however have one problem where the printer had disconnected from Bluetooth on windows and it wouldn't reconnect luckily their customer support is really good and was able to get it working again very quickly.

Held back from buying one due to not printing directly from iPhone but super simple to use via the app. Would highly recommend to any one printing off lots of shipping labels. Unfortunately you can’t connect two iPhones via Bluetooth at same time so sent back & ordered a zing wi-fi & then a mynbin talking wi-fi printer both of which were absolutely useless compared to the Jadens so got the original one back & about to order a second one to fix the two phone issue. Fantastic product that’s the easiest one on the market to set up & actually print with.

I ordered this item to print shipping labels for Etsy as I was getting tired of having to cut out and sellotape labels to orders.I managed to set this up with very little stress, I downloaded the app on my Mac and it worked. It took a few attempts to work out which orientation to use as I tried to print one label, it looked okay on my screen and then printed stretched out so the QR code didn't work.One thing I did notice is you have to have one label length at the beginning of the labels for it to feed through. What I found is rather than tearing the labels off immediately after it's printed, just peel the label and leave the backing plastic on the roll. That way you don't waste a label every time.Another thing I've noticed is you can't leave the app open and then return to the app a few hours later to print something. It tends to drop the Bluetooth connection which can be quite annoying. Now I know it happens I just close the app down once I'm finished with it and then reopen it when I need it.The print quality is good enough for Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels, there is the option to change the density but I haven't worked out the best density yet. I've tried 6, 7 and 8 and couldn't see any difference between them.To answer some of the questions I had before I ordered but couldn't find:You do get a stack of labels with this printer to get you started, theyre not the best quality but they do the job.You do get the holder for the labels which supports the stacks of labels as well as the labels on a roll.The labels do not sit inside the printer so you need to have space behind where you are going to place the printer to allow for the labelsYou have to crop shipping labels down in the app as Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels typically download in an A4 sizeYou can only print one label at a time from what I can see, you can't set a queue to print altogetherI haven't been able to print via sending a document to the printer from my usual print settings using bluetooth, I have to use the app. If you connect this printer via the wire I believe you are able to print via the normal print queue.Overall I would say this is a good printer for printing shipping labels, it's easy enough to use.

Wanted to speed up postage.1. This does exactly what it is meant to. Simple to use, streamlines postage and quality is excellent for bar codes. Also good for making personalised thank you stickers.I had an issue and customer service (whatsapp) worked through it immediately. Very good.

Was a pain to set up, and i'm not technically illiterate, issues with drivers and errors when printing. Jayden support did a live screen share with me and they got it all set up and eventually printing. However the printing from the app isn't easy to use and hard to get the layout / sizing you want.Additionally since they got me set up on a call it now just errors all the time when trying to print. No idea why and waiting on support again. additionally everytime i start my PC it makes a lot of beeping and passess a couple of pages back and forth through the printer, not ideal when i start my day earlier than the rest of the house.Ultimately unless support can help me get this printing properly consistently without issue i'll be returning and reverting back to my Zing Pro seeing as, even though that wasn't bluetooth, it was VERY easy to set up and never had any issues with it at all.UPDATE:Been in contact with support who did a live team view session to try and resolve my issues (twice in total now). The printer did end up working but frankly it's too problematic. I had a Zino pro previously as mentioned above and printing orientation was not an issue. With the Jayden it ONLY prints in portrait which makes trying to size labels generated by online systems such as amazon (returns) or RM etc never works. It's just not as slick a system as others.Will revert back to teh zing pro until i can find a decent bluetooth thermal printer because this certainly isn't it.

It's one of the best buys I did for my small business. Exactly what i needed to speed up the process of printing and labeling my products!I love how easy it is to use and the quality of the printing.

This printer works great for the price compared to competitors and their support is extremely easy to reach! And friendly! Would 100% recommend.

I recently had an issue regarding the printing of labels using my newly purchased Jadens Thermal Printer. I reached out to customer support and they were great very patient taking their time diagnosing my issue. W finally resolved my printing problem and life is good.Moreover, he printer is amazing and easy to use. Hands down, great value for money.

I have a Dymo 4XL Label Printer and absolutely love it. 10 years and its still going strong. BUT... more and more I'm finding I need to print customer labels on the go. So I set out on a mission to find a printer that worked wirelessly and came across this gem.My initial impressions:1 - fast shipping. I ordered and received this and labels in the same day. Perfect.2 - easy. the instructions are clear and I was up and printing labels in less than 10 minutes3 - print quality. My Dymo produces crisp and clear labels. It also cost me over $400. For $100 this does pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 10 for print quality, I'd give it a 6 or 7. It's not crisp, but it gets the job done. I print UPS and USPS labels directly from my Shopify store and both print well. I have not had to deal with the other feature where you import a file and crop it and print it. Reading the other reviews, that feature does not seem to work well. Hopefully that won't be a bridge I have to cross.How it Works:It's not true wireless or bluetooth printing. You have to download an app (albeit a very basic one). When you go into Shopify and tell it you want to print a label, it opens open the "file sharing" dialog (I have an iPhone). It then gives you options to send the file to the printer app, or airdrop, send to email, etc. You pick the printer app which then opens that app. From there you have to choose 4 x 6 labels, and then review the printer settings. Then you click print and it goes.Ideally, I'd like to be able to choose the printer from within the shopify app like a normal person, but the extra steps go quick. To make it go a few seconds faster, I adjusted the settings on my phone to show the printer app among my top 4 choices for printing so I don't have to keep hunting and scrolling for it.So far so good. My other choice was a Brother QL1110. It's out of stock just about everywhere and those that do have it in stock are charging twice the normal listed price ($400) ugh. I'll update my review if this little guy fails me, but fingers crossed, I won't have to.

This is one of those buys that I can actually say, "Wow that was worth every penny"! This was such a good little investment for my shop!! This machine is extremely well made and customer service/tech support is absolutely amazing. I was having issues getting blue tooth to work with my computer, so I called Tech Support and it said to leave a message and that they would return my call as soon as possible. The first thing I thought was "Oh no here we go", but to my absolute surprise, a tech called me back within a few minutes and had me up and running a minute later. I called one more time because my sample label printed perfectly while on the phone with the tech, but when I went to print an actual label, it was so tiny you couldn't see it. Once again, I am so impressed. Someone immediately picked up from the support team, and fixed my issue within 1 minute! I also want to mention that if you check other sites, this little machine is quite a bit more money. I watched a few videos on YouTube and one gentleman said he has a very expensive machine, like $250 and he said this one is exactly the same, but with just a different branding. After looking these up on other sites, I saved over $80 on this specific machine. So overall, the machine is worth every dime, customer service is absolutely amazing and it was a great savings purchasing from Amazon! If you're thinking about purchasing one, don't think twice, just purchase it and I promise you, you won't be sorry!!
