I’m not one to wear fake eyelashes. I’ve tried but just can’t ever seem to put them on myself. I’ve also been contemplating getting lash extensions but just can’t seem to bring myself to justify spending the money for something fairly temporary.So I thought I’d give fiber lash mascara. Purchasing this was my first time trying any sort of fiber lash mascara and I’m so glad I tried! It’ll still take some practice to get the application right but as of now I’m pretty impressed. I have short, light and sparse eyelashes. So mascara is a must in my makeup bag. With this mascara, I don’t even need to apply any additional eye makeup.

If I could put zero starts I would. This was horrible. First the instructions on how to use this mascara was no where to be found. Once I looked it up on you tube I was able to use. Both ends of this mascara were completely dried up. I still tried to use it. The fiber part of the mascara flaked as I was trying to put it on. I ended up have to completely start over on my make up because of having to take all my eye makeup off. Super disappointed.

Maybe I did it wrong but I tried it a couple times and got fibers all over my under eye area and on my eyelids as well. I tried it first by just doing the gel and then the fibers. Then I tried it again and did the gel, then the fibers, then the gel again, and it still happened. I loved the way my lashes looked with the fibers just hate how bad they flaked all over my face. I wasn’t able to wear my glasses because that made it even worse. I love the idea of it, I just think it needs something to make sure the fibers stay in place.Update: changed my rating to 4 stars. I tried applying the gel then apply the fibers and making sure to get as many of the access fibers off of the wand and applying the fibers immediately after applying the gel. After applying the fibers I applied more gel and applied a few more strokes of both until I achieved the look I wanted. It worked a little better but still had fibers fall throughout the day/night.

I like it! I am a fairly low maintenance lady when it comes to makeup, but my lashes are a definite must for my daily routine. The problem is, I end up doing it in the car so this travel mascara is kind of perfect for me. For anyone who isn't familiar with fiber mascara, I would recommend getting the full kit first as it has instructions and a spool brush, but if you know the procedure, it's a breeze and this is perfect. I compared this with my previous in the car mascara, and I was happy that I could accomplish even fuller, longer lashes that reach my eyebrows, while running errands.

If you really take your time to do your lashes and don't mind taking your time to get amazing looking lashes then get this stuff! The fibers pretty messy but if you do it slow and take your time they look great! The gel gets stuck int the container so I don't think I get enough gel on my lashes. I would just have them make the gel brush smaller or make the main container larger. Lashes last forever and look great but like I said you need to take your time and not rush it!

It arrived kinda "dry" and I did not like it one little bit. I did not find the product to be ehh. It didn't do much for my lashes at all.

I love the normal Simply Naked Beauty mascara and use it exclusively! Seriously the best mascara I have ever used (and I've tried it all!)This is my first time trying the travel size, and still liked it but found that the gel wand is actually different from the normal non-travel size wand and doesn't capture as much gel and therefore doesn't work AS well. Still a great mascara compared to really any mascara out there, but if you want the full experience and results from this mascara, go for their regular size/kit.Customer service is also great and very responsive!

My lashes are very fine and I didn't get the boost I was hoping for; the effect wasn't much better than my regular mascara. I found the product very messy. When applying the fibers, they shed all around my eyes and irritated my eyes throughout the day. This product would probably work well for anyone with decent lashes - I think I was expecting too much and I should give up!
