I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, and frankly, I thought this thing was kind of scam. I mean really ... Shaking your feet? How could that possibly be of any benefit for anything? But she wanted it, so I got it. Boy, was I wrong. Just for chuckles, I set the thing at a 10 for 10 minutes, and I just stood there shaking on the thing. My level 8 back pain went to a level 4. I'm not kidding. I'm 75 years old. I have back problems, and I got up on Christmas morning with a level 8 back pain. It was bothering me all day. At about 6:00 p.m. I gave this thing a try. I went to bed at about 9:00 p.m. with my pain level at a 4. This morning it's still at a 4. I know. It's hard to believe, but it's true. Not only that, but my legs are always cramping at night. Last night they felt great and no cramping at all. The heck with my wife. I will be using this thing every day from now on. It takes up a bit of room, but it's well worth it. It's also well worth the money. It took a bit of thinking because I found the directions a bit confusing, but I do have it working. There are some settings that I am still trying to figure out, but I found that I like the manual mode. I can just set it for whatever I want, so I don't see the need for all the other settings anyway. I just set the time I want, turn it on, and then adjust the speed. It works great. Anyway, back to my wife. She wanted it for vein problems in her legs, but she has not tried it yet. I don't know if it's going to help her condition, but I can see why she wanted it. It has certainly helped me. I can't tell you how long it will hold up, but it seems well-made. I will report back if the unit fails prematurely. For now though, I love this thing. Highly recommended.

Well made and good value. Not for me. I discovered my hips became a little sore with use. I purchased for osteopenia and circulation. I returned item. Worked as expected but just not for me.

My husband and I are in our 80s and we needed some way to exercise as we don't get around much. I heard about vibration boards and decided this was our Christmas present to ourselves. We only do a minute or two a day and from the first day we noticed the difference in our bodies. Our everyday aches and pains have disappeared, we wake up alert and we go to sleep quickly without having to get up 2 or 3 times during the night, our breathing has improved to deep breathing easily, we can feel the difference in our muscles as they are getting stronger. It is so easy to use that we look forward to our daily turn. My husband has circulation problems and this has helped his legs to function better. All in all I would definitely reccomend this machine to anyone having mobility or exercising problems. Just be sure to follow the directions to the letter to avoid overdoing it.

I ordered this on Black Friday, the deal was superb! Its a great product, I use it daily. Its helping to burn visceral fat & really helps with my balance!!! I love the remote control (& all the speeds, etc). Pretty purple color too, matches my decor :)

I use my vibration platform daily to help me recover from a motorcycle accident. It has helped me heal faster, build muscle and improve circulation. I love it!

great vibration machine for seniors. allows for range of intensities. easy to operate. seems VERY sturdy. i'm starting out at the lowest intensity for a few minutes at a time due to back issues & balance. i'm tolerating it well & look forward to building up to a more intense workout as i gain more strength using this machine. i'm very pleased for the price i paid for it, the functions, & the ease of use, & would recommend this to seniors for the benefits gained from an in-home work out that's not stressful.

Most Buttons from Remote control were not working. And no matter how you choose, the workout only starting with default 15 mins, High speed. And not even 5 mins of turning on machine, the smell of wire got out.

The item took long to be delivered and fused on the first day. This brand comes highly recommend and was really surprised when it blew up as soon as it was turned on. It might have been a faulty piece but these products should be quality controlled. The pins as well are not compatible for UAE

I’m really pleased with this item. I’ve used it a few times to get used to the vibration. It’s amazing and I love that I can slide it under my console to save space in my tiny home 😊
