Very good for adding some smoke flavor to your dishes. I put just a bit in my egg and potato salads as well as my chili and proteins, people always compliment and ask what's my secret, but I'm not sharing secrets!

I am a Nigerian that loves cooking Jollof rice. And the best way to cook a jollof rice that makes sense,is by giving it a smokey flavor. I added this Colgin Liquid Smoke into my jollof rice and my boys were licking their fingers. i will buy again and again

A more "gentler" flavour than Mesquite or Hickory....for me. Not overpowering..
