No you don’t need to use all 8 holes

If I remember correctly they have different number of rgb pins. Ones in the h500m are 3.

Yes, the two front fans on the 600T are already 200mm fans so it's simply swapping them out however you may want to make sure that you are RGB compatible on your Mobo
