Great screw at an amazing price!
This item was purchased as part of a fence project. We were installing ¾” white cedar horizontal slats into 4x4 pressure treated posts that had been previously set. We opted for the stainless steel as it looks great with the white cedar, and won’t deteriorate over time in the pressure treated posts.Pros:1. Square drive makes for easier installation than standard phillips or flat head.2. Stainless steel means no staining on fence boards or finish that will chip off.3. Price was far better than I could find locally for a similar product.Cons:1. Head seems a bit softer than traditional deck screw, sometimes rounding the square drive slightly2. I had to back a few screws out and noticed some developed a wobble when reinstalledFinal thoughts:In the end I used roughly 500 screws for attaching all of the fence boards. Using my impact gun and an appropriately sized bit I drove almost all without spinning or stripping. I think they are a bit weaker than a traditional steel deck screw (see cons), but for a fence project this never became an issue. If I hadn’t found this supplier and product on Amazon I wouldn’t have been able to use stainless on my fence project. The product is of good quality and installed without and hassle. I have already ordered additional screws from this seller for other projects.

Great screws
What makes these stand out is the drill bit tip of the screw. With a Roberson head (square) they stay on the impact driver, and make quick work of drilling into, and screwing down material. The longer ones re great on decks, I used these shorter ones to attach Hardie board.

Replacing rusted deck screws
A good price for stainless steel screws

Pretty good, but star bit is vastly superior
These are decent stainless steel screws, but... Unfortunately the top of square bit screws strip easily no matter the quality. Do yourself a favor and use star bit screws instead and your job will be much easier and you'll be much happier.

ZERO Broke or Stripped
Made the mistake of using cheap Chinese screws when building my cart. Put it together and I think all stripped, 2 broke. Took hours to get them out, By the time I sanded / stained - finished and painted all my pieces these stainless screws came. Just feeling them I could tell I was going to purchase more. In my opinion definitely reusable on a build such as mine. Drilled and counter sunk holes should not strip and break screws in poplar. Yes I would recommend buying these screws. 1 stripped on my entire project. My fault, was leaning over left handed. More than likely not straight. ALL others can be taken out and reused like back in the day...... Oh, square head a plus

Great performance!
Ran 400 screws without any incidents. Square drive is deep set to avoid caming and I had no problems. The Stainless alloy used gave outstanding performance. No twist off heads when driven with 19.6 volt Craftsman driver on full torque. Would buy them again.

Poor quality

Not for hardwoods
These appear to be nice screws, but mechanically, they are wanting. There is a claim in the description that the heads are "hard" so as not to deform while driving (at least I think that's what they meant). Don't believe it. These cannot be driven using the usual impact driver into oak, even with a pilot hole drilled. The head will either strip, or the shaft will break. I switched to a torque limited drill for the driver, and even then the possibility of stripping the head exists. I needed to assemble and disassemble the work for finishing, and had to replace about half of the screws due to a damaged head. These work find for driving into construction lumber or decking, although you still need to be careful about the head stripping. For most applications the coated decking screws are probably better, especially with the Torx (tm) head.
