These are great ice packs! They stay cold, they have a soft side too apply directly to skin, and they are very durable. I have a toddler who likes to gnaw on ice packs, given the chance, and so far these are chew proof! The variety of sizes is perfect too!

Best value for your money, freezes in about an hour and helps with inflammation and pain. I love the verity of sizes that come in this package. Well made quality is right on. They are soft and durable. Not to heavy and help with joint pain.

I love how soft these are on one side. However, they do not stay cold very long. I love that I can throw them in the freezer, and in 30 minutes, the smaller ones are ready to use. We have used these for migraines, dislocated shoulders, and tooth extraction. The longer ones do wrap nicely around the shoulder; however, I do think that the velcro needs to be a little longer so that I could wrap it around my son's chest and secure it properly.

These are perfect ice/warm packs. I like how they have a soft side to them. They are the right thickness and are pliable when frozen making it easier to form around what ever needs to be iced. I used the large one daily when I broke my foot. The holder strap was the best because it held the ice pack in the correct position.

A severe shoulder injury required ice/heat to help heal. These are simply the best design I’ve seen. Very durable, fast freeze time. Holds heat or cold for quite a long time. You can mold the larger ones to fit the area where it’s needed.

These ice packs are great ! I love how they come in all different sizes. The velcro strap is nice when you need to apply an ice pack to certain areas that you don't want to keep holding it on to. It is also nice that you can use them as both ice or heat.

I am 24hrs post-opp from having my gallbladder removed. When I tell you these ice packs can in handy they did. It is nice to have different sizes, I really love the velcro strap so the ice packs can stay in place. Easy to use. I really enjoy that they can be used hit or cold. Very durable no leakage. Helped with my pain from my stomach to the gas pain in my shoulder.

Bought this for my sprained ankle, comes with 2 small, 2 medium and 1 large ice pack. Each has a soft fabric side and stays cold, not like some gel ice packs that only last for like 10 minutes. These ones will stay cold for 20 minutes or more. I do recommend putting in freezer for 2 to 4 hours for best results.

I love these cold/heat packs. They are fabulous. Several different sizes and can be used cold or warm. I keep them stored in the freezer so they're handy to use. For any purpose. Great product.
