Easy to swallow, no horrible taste or smell. I’m impressed with how my skin has benefitted and the strength and quality seem to be appropriate to work well. My hair and nails have shown improvement too. I’ve bought several times and will buy again, happy with price and outcome.

You can't fo wrong with this brand. I also use their Biotin, Vitamin C, Glutathione. Very satisfied. The capsules could be smaller though....Lol!

I’ve gone through four bottles so far, taking the pills consistently every single day without missing a dose. I genuinely believe in the benefits of collagen as a supplement, which is why I’ve stayed committed for this long. However, I’m still not sure whether this particular product is making any noticeable difference for me. At this point, I haven’t seen any visible changes in my skin, face, or body; no improvements in texture, firmness, or overall appearance. It’s a bit disappointing because I was hoping to see at least subtle results by now, especially with such consistent use. That said, I’m willing to give it a fair chance. I’ve just started another bottle, and I’m curious to see if extended use will finally show some benefits. I’ll update my review after finishing the next one to share whether anything changes.

I’ve been taken the marine collagen for several months. Maybe coincidence, but my nail are growing so fast & my hair appears to have halted some of the hair loss I was suffering from. My skin has also improved - it hasn’t cured the wrinkles, but I don’t think there’s a magic potion for that😉. Easy to take, so I’ll continue taking it.

What I have noticed is that when I take them my nails harden and thicken within days of taking them. And I do think my skin has improved, but I would need to take them constantly and for at least 6 months to see that. Improving collagen in new forming skin means waiting for old skin to shed to see the nice improved skin. At 48 I'm shedding slower so this could take 9 months. So I think you have to be patient with this product and consistency is key. But given the difference it makes to my nails, I know it's doing something and will continue with it.

Ho acquisto questo prodotto perché ho sentito molto parlare del collagene come integratore miracoloso per la pelle. Dopo diverse ricerche ho optato per questo che contiene anche vitamina C che è essenziale per l’assorbimento del collagene e devo dire che è un ottimo prodotto più che valido. Ho notato una pelle più luminosa e uniforme già dalle prime settimane di utilizzo. Inoltre anche il prezzo non è male per due mesi di utilizzo. Consigliatissimo davvero. Lo riacquisterò sicuramente.
