These are awesome, Hardly any DOA filter, they can handle pressure, and the .1 filter size is really great!

These sterile syringe filters are of top notch quality. They are standard wheel filters with a typical size filter, but unlike some other brands of syringe filter, they can handle quite a bit of pressure being pushed thought them. Also I have not encountered any filters that are completely defective right out the box. The one downside I have noticed with filters of this diameter and with such a small pore size is that they can take a bit of time and patience to fully filter, but one tip I have learned it that if you prefilter first with something of a larger pore size it will make the filtration with this syringe wheel filter go much faster. All in all, these are basic wheel filters that do their job very well. It is especially nice that they are sterile and packaged individually. They are a little more expensive than other wheel filters but those cheaper filters are never sterile or packaged individually. In my opinion, the extra cost is well worth the high quality. 5/5 stars!

So little they can barely filter anything. But works if you use multiple filters for 1 syringe

Did a super simple test to see if they were truly sterile (I don't have an autoclave so this is important for me). Ran some sterile R/O water through them and cultured it in gel and broth and neither has sprouted anything, so at least the fraction I tested was for sure sterile. Other than that, they are your standard PVDF filters, well-made and well-packaged.

I installed these on mason jar caps. They work well for my 20 gauge needles.

I have those filters but i am limited with the max operating temperature. This information in the website of advangene is missing...

PSI de 65 et débit très faible La taille de 13mm est trop faible, plutot prendre un 25mm voir 30mm, pour une filtration plus rapide.

So so happy with these! They came as described and pictured. Only regret is not getting a bigger size cuz, especially with the buffered saline, it took a while to push my liquid through. Will test purity on plates tomorrow next. If I don't update my review then it's good news! Thanks for making these so accessible on Amazon!!
