The Dr. Dennis Gross sunscreen is by far one of the best I’ve ever tried. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin—almost like wearing nothing at all—yet still provides the protection I need. Unlike many sunscreens that feel heavy, greasy, or leave a white cast, this one absorbs seamlessly and keeps my skin feeling fresh all day. It layers beautifully under makeup and doesn’t cause any irritation or breakouts. I love how effortless it is to wear, and it’s quickly become a daily essential in my routine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for effective sun protection that feels completely weightless!

My holy grail is fragrance free mineral sunscreens that leave minimal white cast and also protect against blue light, which is a big cause of melasma and brown sun spots. Brands are slowly getting wise to the blue light blocking demand. If they don't specifically say it, I move on. This one is a winner if you have dry skin because it can stay pretty greasy or shiny. But you can mattify it with any setting powder and it will last for many hours. Spf powder is a bonus! I use tretinoin (prescription retinoid) so I like the extra emollients. I find the mineral formulas are less apt to burn my eyes. For an spf 50, this one is surprisingly thin, which I appreciate. I give it a shake (just in case, because I have no idea if it would separate over time) and it is so easy to apply quickly, unlike some of the thicker spf 50 mineral brands that feel like spackle and look like kabuki makeup. I love the pump under the cap. Easy to dispense the right amount. Fragrance free is key. Fragrance of any kind, even from plants or essential oils, is an irritant and doesn't belong on our faces. Paulas Choice Essential Glow 30 spf is another good one with blue light blocking, but is also a bit shiny. Great sales direct from their web site. Tinted sunscreens with iron oxides also protect against blue light, but I don't always want a tint, and finding a good color match is tricky. On my fair skin, Elta MD has been best match so far. Spendy, but I use it over non-tinted sunscreen and it lasts forever. CeraVe is much cheaper but too orangey on my skin. It seems to oxidize in the sun. My fave for tint is to just use It Cosmetics foundation which has spf 40. I use it sparingly over my sunscreen and I got a perfect color match when I bought it in person.

This is the best face sunscreen! I have repurchased multiple times. It is lightweight but provides wonderful coverage and protection. It is easy to apply and has great-quality ingredients. I definitely recommend it.

Would be 5 star but geezus the price. Do love my skin after I put on my face. I have multiple dr. Dennis gross products and none leave me disappointed...except the prices.

This is a great sunscreen. Very hydrating but not greasy. Worked well under makeup.
