We have a male boxer puppy and have been using this as a daily preventative. I'm not against tablets/spot on type medication but after reading more information I wanted to try something more natural. The ingredients in it also act in positive ways for our dogs digestion. It feels very fairly priced for how long it lasts. I'm purchasing this again as he is flea free and continues to be so.

Have been using for a few weeks and so far, so good. I have seen the odd flea and a little flea dirt but my dog is not scratching at all so I think I can take it the product is working.

I’m much happier giving my dogs a natural way to fight off the fleas and ticks, especially with so many horror stories about pets having terminal reactions to some of the treatments out there. The only downside is that they now smell very spicy! Aside from that it seems to be doing a great job of tackling the wee beasties on our two busy dogs.

I bought this when the original Billy No Mates was temporarily unavailable. If it suits your pet I completely agree that it’s good value for money and very easy to use. Sadly my dog who has been on Billy No Mates for a number of years reacted really badly to it within 48 hours of me putting it on her food. She returned to normal after 3 days of coming back off it. In retrospect I was a little alarmed at the extremely strong aroma that the powder gives off. I’m afraid the majority of the packet ended up in the bin.

Easy to use and does what they are supposed to do

I really wanted this to work. I am part way through my second bag, so have given it time to get in their system, but my dog currently has at least two ticks, which are slowly growing. My dog is a rehomed dog and doesn't like to be manhandled so trying to remove the ticks from him is quite tricky. We live in a very high tick area, and so maybe two is an improvement on what it might otherwise be, but obviously you hope for none. My other dog has also still had the odd tick but at least I can remove them from her. I will continue with the rest of the bag but unless I see no further ticks I will not be buying anymore.

We had a lot of harvest mites this summer/autumn and although I put a seresto collar on the dogs, it didn't seem to be as effective as I would have liked so when the opportunity to review this came up through Vine Voice came up, I jumped at the opportunity as I have friends who find similar products helpful. The ingredients in this product are well recognised for their efficacy as natural flea and tick deterrents and I've certainly noticed that my two dogs are now considerably less bothered by 'passengers' than they were before taking it, it took about two weeks for me to notice an improvement. Because we have cats that hunt, keeping on top of flea control is always going to be important and this is going to be on repeat purchase. It's a shame it's a dog product as I find all our menagerie have a very active dislike for spot on flea products.

Once mixed with dogs food it doesnt put the dog off. No particular smell. Long lasting herbal powder around 80 servings.
