Not to sweet and not to sour
This çandy powder is great for the price nd the taste ĥits the spot sour but just the right stuff.

Not sour or flavored
This product really disappointed me as I was really excited to try it. It was essentially blue sugar. My roomates and I could not taste any blue raspberry flavor and it was not sour at all.

Not so sour at all
I’m only giving it three stars because this product isn’t sour at all. I even got the level two hoping that it would be more sour. It’s basically just flavoring for whatever you wanna add it to. I will say that the blue raspberry flavor does taste really good. I just wish the citric acid was much stronger.

I love using this to dust the gummies I make after they have fully set in the refrigerator. This stuff is so good I sneak little handfuls of it just to eat by itself 😆
