This is what a padlock should look like! It has a large strong shackle, the lock itself is heavy in weight, it has a five pin brass keyway, the shackle has enough space inside for a variety of uses, the price is good for the size and quality, and being keyed alike is a real plus. No it's not a weatherproof lock, but you should maintain locks by occasionally spraying a moisture displacing penetrating oil into the openings, even the weatherproofs will jam in time if you don't. If a criminal wants to get in badly enough then he will, but the average break in can be deterred by a really tough looking lock and that's just what this is. Highly recommend.

Great, solid lock, heavy duty

Some kids were playing around our house and pulled the main outside electrical switch. I didn't want that to happen again. I purchased these four locks for: Our solar inverter box, Our HVAC box, Our main power box, and our solar power box. I had to use a drill bit to open up some of the fittings so that this large shank lock could fit. Obviously, if someone grabbed the lock they could likely just twist the mounting off, but I believe that if someone saw this bulky lock on something, they would just leave it alone. These locks look tough and strong which is what I wanted.

These locks are extra heavy duty, thick and heavy. I didnt realize they were going to be so massive but I needed a set keyed alike. These locks are serious. The package came with one key per lock, 4 locks, 4 keys.

Solid, continues to work fine outdoors, e.g. securing a gate chain. We'll see if they survive the wet and cold of a full winter. Seems very sturdy, and the shackle is longer than most padlocks which can be handy. All keyed alike, four identical keys included, so you only will need to carry one key to unlock all. Key can be removed when lock is unlocked. Note that the 50mm shackle is too thick for many standard hasps and chains, so make sure that this is what you want.

These locks were fantastic. Built better than anything I've ever seen. Unfortunately they were too thick to get into my gate so I had to send them back :(.

Los candados son grandes y fuertes !!!! En la imagen se ven pequeños, pero no, son grandes. Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, y aun buen precio, siendo de la marca que es. Se los recomiendo !!!!!
