Great Device got it the same day that I ordered it turned it on and it connected straight to my computer and phone with the password from the piece of paper it already comes with A100 gigs of data and remember this is 4G so if you have just a 4G phone you're going to only be able to get a 4G signal not 5G.

Did work somewhat at the Tmobile store after going there because it took so long to connect. Got home and the same thing again slow slow slower. Tried it in different areas of the city and another state while traveling and that didn't help. Sometimes it won't ever connect. Forget about connect up to 10 devices I wish 1 could connect. Save your money and get more hotspot for your cell phone. It will save you the stress.

I order this travel Wi-Fi device, so I have access to my laptop for work and school, outside of home. I must say it's one of the best purchases I've made this year. call your T-Mobile provider to actually connect the device, or it'll just show up, but you won't be able to connect, you'll just see the hotspot show up. Strong single up to 10 devices. if you have T-Mobile this is the product for you.

Right out of the package it works worth every single penny I would suggest charging it longer than when it says it fully charged it will last longer

i made the best decision buying this hot spot, its not slow,no bug, or glitches. i defiantly recommend this product for any one they may not have minutes or have the money for a phone bill, because this works with out internet, its super easy to carry around in you pocket or purse it just slips right and in and you don't have to worry about carrying it around all day, and if you have little ones this is great because when taking long car rides and the kids needs something to watch but theirs no internet you just turn on your hot spot and you can enjoy your ride and they can enjoy there shows, it only takes 5 minutes to set up and very reliable when you may need it the most.

Works good, except after you use 100GB of the wifi, you need to pay.

I had this since February 9 its been working good up until today idk hat going on with it but it isn't working anymore
