No, and they are not vegetarian either as they contain cochineal which is an insect that gets crushed to use as a red food colouring. It may also be labelled as E120 or carmine. However Fizzers, a similar sweet from a rival brand, are vegan as they instead use anthocyanins (also known as E163) which are extracted from fruit as a red colourant.
