not functioning of sensors
i purchased two wipro Next Smart Wi-Fi 24W CCT+RGB LED Batten | 16 Million Colours | White Tunable | Dimmable |Scheduling |Scene Creation |Smart Grouping of Lights |Amazon Alexa & Google Asst. Compatible |Pack of 1 but the sensors of the light are not functioning. kindly arrange to send your technical person to inspect and get it rectified please

Don’t buy, it flickers after few months. 👎🏻
This product is absolute trash. It started flickering after 3-6 months of purchase. I had put in for warranty replacement that must have taken close to a month or more to just a new one. To my surprise, after a few months use, it started flickering AGAIN. Waste of money and time. Their App is good though, not their product. Connection stability is good with the WiFi, no issue there. Color change is a mid, nothing that exiting. This certainly not value for money.

Good to have product like if you can pair up with Alexa
After usuage it connects well through my Alexa and like it gives awesome result, sometime the light flickers, but till now it is working well

Faulty poor quality product
Very bad product. Always gets disconnected with alexa. Doesn't respond for 7 times out of 10... And in 7 months age, it has started randomly flickering (issue since 2 days) we have tried all basic troubleshootings like switch off on, disconnect reconnect on wipro/alexa app, wifi reconnect, delete from app and re_add the light again in apps but nothing works.now when I have uninstalled it from apps completely, still it's the same off on off on...so irritating. Don't buy this one just because of discounts. Because I spent 5k and looks like it's all waste now.
