The 4-up forms save me from having to print multiple copies of the same W-2. Blank front page allows for printing from bookkeeping/accounting software. I use Quick Books Enterprise for non-profits version 16. The paper is perforated both vertically & horizontally for easy separation. Paper is nice quality, no waste when printing (crinkled edges, getting jammed in my printer due to flimsy or light-weight paper). Instructions for Employee/Employer are printed on the back of the form. I ordered the forms that came with matching self-seal window envelopes. Customer service was EXCELLENT from this company. One of the packages of forms I ordered only had perforation horizontally, not vertically. The company realized the error after we had received them, did all the research with the IRS to see if the forms could still be used, informed us of their findings and offered to replace the product at no additional cost. I was able to use the forms as we submit everything electronically as most of our employees do the same it is not an issue of having to separate the forms. The items shipped extremely quickly and I couldn't be happier with the product and customer service. Will most definitely order from this company again!

These W-2 4-Up Employee Tax Forms with the instructions on the back was exactly what I needed. They are of good quality paper and do not cause any problems at all going through the printer. I would definitely recommend these Employee W2 forms.

I had ordered these forms from Staples and after two weeks of waiting, they informed me that they were out of stock. Instead of panicking, I checked Amazon and was very happy to find them. I had them in two days, printed and mailed out the next. These are not a "carbon" type form that can't go through a laser printer. These are a perforated 8.5x11 sheet providing the four parts of the W2 that you will print on one side, and has the IRS filing instructions on the back side. The only "hard" part is figuring out which way to put them into your printer to print on the correct side! I would make sure to allow a few extra copies to do that.

Product works. Note : - 1 star since the self-seal glue on envelope is very weak, still need to use a piece of tape to seal.
