It keeps the room smelling clean and pleasant, which is exactly what I want from a plug-in.That said, I’ve had occasional leakage issues, especially during warmer weather or if the refill is bumped. It doesn’t happen every time, but it’s worth keeping an eye on where you plug it in to avoid damage to walls or furniture.As far as product quality, the scent is consistently great, the oil levels are generous, and the refill snaps in securely. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price!!! Unfortunately this does not smell like previous lavender scent I bought from this brand.This smelt like a cheap scented liquid floor cleaner. I had to add a little scented oil to it so my money wasn't completely wasted
