Yes, you can do it! -Dr Rohini Patil. “The lifestyle diet” by Dr. Rohini Patil is one of the most interesting self-help book where in she mentions all about healthy living by just making a few small changes. The book is divided into necessary parts which I like the most. She mentions about different diets, and what actually diet means. She talks about the topic like super foods, balanced diet, anti ageing diet, etc. With her simple and elaborative writing style and use of case studies she makes her reader understand the actual meaning of diet, importance of each nutrient, importance of water and electrolytes in the diet. She quotes, ”yes i am on a diet everyday” to clearly mention what diet means. The book provides 101 diet plans so that beginner can apply and make necessary lifestyle modifications for healthy physical as well as mental health. Being in the same field as her I could relate to most of the topics without much doubt. Recommended to all the readers, looking for a quick guide to understanding and implementing healthy lifestyle.
