I started a major diet a couple weeks ago and was finding myself hungry and wanting to eat something crunchy. These chips were well within my diet and satisfied all my cravings. One flavor was a little spicy, but still good, so my husband, who is not dieting, was happy to eat those. Also, I would like a larger size bag to be available since each bag only has 2 servings. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get in more protein and diet.

It took a few bites before they grew on me, and then I ate the whole package, they have the crunch if that is important to you, it is to me! If I needed a snack, these are great for a Carnivore die. However, I was doing at max a 4 hr eating window and 20 hr fast, so now that I had a carnivore snack, they messed it up. Because of the price and/or the small quantity, plus having the snack around is not productive to my diet I won't purchase again. In fairness they are cheese, and cheese is more expensive that flour, so the price may be fair for the ingredients.

These make tasty snacks for low carb/Keto diets but they used to come in bigger packs and cost less. Cost was over $16 for a 3-pack of small (like sandwich sized) bags of different flavors and much of them were in crumbs. $5+/bag is too much but if you want to "splurge" on a snack, they are tasty and convenient.
