5 Days a Week Paper Mousepad

It may seem weird to review a mousepad but ya'll, i have been purchasing this mousepad for 8 years. Honestly, I enjoy having something where I can write my to-dos for work and use as a mousepad. Everything is right there at my fingertips, literally. It's a nice size in opinion, meaning it's not too big and it's not too big. And I use all kinds of pens and markers and have never noticed any bleed throughs. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure how I got anything done at work before I got this pad. Used it all last year, and reordered because I don't think I could function without it. I don't use it as a mouse pad, just keep it next to my keyboard to organize my tasks for the week. I add little boxes next to what I list so I can check them off. The paper is thick, doesn't bleed through even if I use a big sharpie to cross something out. The layout is perfect to organize what I need to do right away and what I can spread out over the week, anything that's not a huge focus but I don't want to completely forget I stick in the 'snowball in hell' section. It's been crucial for prioritizing my work week.

I love this checklist and have used it exclusively for years. I am a teacher and I like having all of the days separated so I can look ahead and see what needs done later in the week as well as writing things out in the bottom sections that I need to remember for the following week or things that need done but not necessarily right away. It helps me keep track of different things that need done on specific days. This is way more functional than the mountain of sticky notes that used to live on my desk before I found this. I don't use it as a mouse pad, but it would definitely work that way if you want to use it for that feature as well.

This works great as a mouse pad and the perfect place to make to-do lists or take notes. The pages are thicker than expected... giving it a sturdy / quality feel. The back of the pad is cardboard providing a solid / smooth writing surface. Before purchasing, I was a little nervous that the corners of the page would start to "curl" up (like my legal pad does after even just the slightest use). However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a tear off on the top of the pad and the left side of the pad. The keeps the pages flat - for a neat / clean look. The top right hand corner reads: Hopes for this week (with check boxes for High Medium and Low) Results of the week (with check boxes for High Medium and Low) The middle section displays: The days of the week "Monday - Friday" with a write-in place for the date below the day of the week. It also alternates white and light orange lines for making notes/task lists. At the bottom of each day there is a check box. The five check boxes read - M: 1 down T: 3 to go W: Hump Surmounted Th: Can you taste it? F: TGIF The bottom section has 3 equally divided sections, for additional notes, titled: This weekend Next week Snowball in Hell Pad Colors: Light Blue Border, Orange Header with white, light orange lines/sections/titles.

I’ve been using this pad for 3+ years now. It’s very helpful for my work and planning. Unfortunately my specific mouse does not work well on top of it so I don’t use it for a mousepad, rather a desk weekly calendar. Love it and will be buying it again next year.

I love this thing and I use it everyday at work. Helps keep me organized. I’m a service coordinator and my main job is to schedule work for my team of technicians. I write each of their names down for each day of the week, and throughout the day as I finished their schedule for the following day, I cross their names out. It’s handy and keeps me on task! I like the extra space at the bottom for random scribbles/thoughts. The expectation for the week at the top is a cute add on as well. I highlight the option that I feel will be the outcome of my week at work, and at the end of the week I highlight the option that I feel best represents my work week as a whole. It’s a nice little add on to take stock of how your week went. The only downside to this list pad, and it could be a MAJOR downside for some people (just not for me), is that it’s a terrible mousepad in my opinion. I just keep it on my desk elsewhere as a normal list notepad and that’s just fine with me. I think it’s too thick for a mousepad, and the traction for the mouse is pretty bad. Overall though, i’m super pleased with my purchase!! Get complimented on it all the time at work, too!

I absolutely love these things! Starting year # 2 with this new one. Last year's design used handwritten letters, which was fun. Thankfully, the orange color is more like a soft cream-cicle coral (since the only color i really dislike is orange). I draw a vertical line 1/4" from left edge of each column and black in completed items so I can easily see what has not been finished. I planned to do a bullet journal this year. But this is so convenient to have right under my mousepad that the bullet journal just hasn't materialized yet. This took a long time to arrive (from UK) Why aren't there US merchants,I wonder? Anyway, I' m good for another year, now.
