Not good quit working almost immediately. Will not hold a charge. Forgot where I purchased it so missed the return window. Is there anyway it can be replaced since it quit working.

I have purchased this product directly from the manufacture before. I had it about a year before it stopped working. Amazon price was better so I purchased it, definitely not the same product performance as one bought directly from manufacture. Cheaper material and did not function the same. I thought the first one was broken so I ordered replacement but it operated the same as the first one, so I just got a refund. Ordered elsewhere.

I have been using this device for just 2 &1/2 weeks now, every day after washing my face & applying moisturizer. I was pleasantly surprised to see the reduction in the puffiness under my eyes. It is very noticeably better. My face & neck seem smoother & softer. I haven't noticed much improvement over my lips or forehead but I will continue to use it. I love that it is lightweight & rechargeable & I can use it myself at home. It definitely beats expensive med spa treatments.

I just started to use this for the first time, was really excited, regardless of some negative reviews. But, is this thing supposed to do something besides beep? Vibrate against my skin maybe? That’s what I was expecting at least. I agree with most of the negative comments. Vague directions, nothing specific. It just sits there beeping at me and I don’t even know if it’s broken because there’s nothing anywhere to indicate.

While I haven’t noticed a visual change in my face, my daughter asked if I was using a new product because my skin looked good! I’ll take that as a win!

I just received My Derma Sculpting device. I put the serum on , let it charge for 13 hours, I can’t tell if it’s doing anything , but beeping. I really read all the reviews and was very hopeful, but beeping I don’t think is going to do anything. Definitely don’t feel any muscles tingling, moving, pulsating , zero, nothing Very disappointed.

I have been using this device for a couple of weeks and I am starting to see a difference. I started on the lowest setting and really didn't see any results, but recently increased the strength setting. I can actually see a difference right after using. I am excited to have this device in my routine. The price is better than other similar devices on the market. I highly recommend giving it a try.
