I believe I have purchased at least 3 of these for my apple home. They are bright, responsive, dim nicely, and have a variety of colors. I mainly use the homekit app to set their colors via automations but sometimes I will use the VOCOlinc app to create some fancy patterns. The drop occasionally from homekit but it just a simple hard reset via unplugging for 1-2 minutes and plugging back in. I would say this happens on average about 1 time a week but sometimes before I even do the hard reset it fixes itself. I have about 50+ devices in my apple home from various manufacturers so it is to be expected but I would say these are very reliable which is why I have so many VOCOlinc products in my apple home. Highly recommend as the price is great and even better when they are on sale during amazon Prime day!

These aren’t good lights, I should have known that when I saw the price. I got two sets and the first one paired to Homkit right away and works fine so far. The second one paired but immediately stopped responding. I deleted it and tried to repair it after a reset and it never paired. So I sent it back and got a replacement and the replacement won’t pair. Tech support is terrible. I sent that one back too. So 2 out of 3 sets didn’t work. The set that works responds quickly and works fine but it’s not all that bright. I got it to use under a kitchen cabinet. It’s better than not having a light there at all but that’s the only thing it’s better than. It might be ok as a decorative light behind a monitor or under a desk but if you want something for functional lighting even in a small area this isn’t it.

Worked exactly as needed! No connection issues, they get super bright, and they work with HomeKit perfectly, which is amazing for the price point. Adhesive isn’t the greatest, but just grab some command strips to reinforce and you’re all set!

I've bought SO many Apple HomeKit devices, and this one was by far the easiest to set up. It just worked, perfectly, quickly, on the first try. Love it.

Product barely worked when I received. Drops connection constantly. Has to be reset over and over again. Reached out to troubleshoot and was treated terribly. I was told I would receive another but now they are saying they won’t replace for absolutely no reason.

You get what you pay for. I needed a 6 foot strip and this fit the bill. Apple HomeKit is a must for me so it checks all my boxes. Would recommend good quality.

So I reviewed the vocolinc smart plugs and I said that the set up process is stressful. But the experience with the product is good. It’s the same story for this product. The setup process is stressful. It took 11 tries to get it set up. (It needs to be right next to the router) But after I got it setup it works great. No complaints. I think it was worth the struggle.
