This portable blender has completely transformed how I make smoothies and shakes on the go. It’s compact, powerful, and incredibly convenient—perfect for busy mornings, gym sessions, or even travel. It also holds a great charge and lasts through multiple uses. However, after a few months, I did experience some physical damage to the product. So I reached out to customer service, I was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They arranged a replacement for me in no time, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

I bought the Galaxy Portable Blender by Agaro just month ago hoping for a convenient and portable blending solution. While the motor initially seemed fine, the major issue lies in the jar — it’s made of glass, which is not ideal for a portable product. Unfortunately, my jar fell once and shattered completely. Because of this, the entire blender is now unusable, even though the motor is still in working condition.What’s more disappointing is that Agaro doesn’t offer a replacement jar separately. If the jar had been made of plastic or if replacement parts were easily available, it would have been a much better experience. Right now, I feel like I’ve wasted money on a product that could have lasted longer with better design choices.

It's a good product.Pros.1. Blends well. Learning is cut the pieces a little smaller. Bigger chunks are slightly difficult.2. Ice was reduced to a certain size and blended well.3. Smoothies ( fruit) and cold coffee worked well.4. Ease of use and cleaning.Cons1. It is working at the level of 200ml. More than that the blender shows no movement. So it has to be poured in a cup and blended back in second round.

Without any hassle, they immediately replaced my unit, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.One thing that could be improved is the glass jar's durability, as it needs to be handled with care. But overall, if you use the product properly, it's a great investment for those who need a portable and powerful blender. It is very useful and user-friendly. We can use it for fresh juices, smoothies, buttermilk,etc,. This product is especially useful for those staying in hostels or carrying it on vacations.I faced a charging issue with the blender and contacted Agaro service. They responded quickly and resolved my issue. Great value for money.

Update march 2023:Star rating increased from 1 to 3.I just contacted Agaro on their website by filling up the form for service request and they contacted me through whatsapp requested me to send the product details and shortly after that I received a message of a replacement is being dispatched soon and indeed I received a brand new blender and it is working fine, so I'm really happy with a fast service and a quick customer reach and i was honestly didn't expect that from a brand that is less popular than the other big known brands who fails to meet the customers expectation. I increased my star rating to 3 from 1 this is due to their service quality alone but if this product proves me to be a reliable one for at least 1 year i will increase my star rating to 4 or 5 depends upon the product durability which is a real concern.____________________Old Review:It just stopped working within one month. It was great when it worked, then suddenly stopped working.pros:1. Glass instead of plastic2. USB Type-C charging port, charges within 2hrs max.3.
