Simple sliding spice rack
This spice rack is simple 2-tier unit which when installed slides on ball bearing rails similar to drawer rails.Its not all that sturdy unfortunately due to the construction using metal rods to hold the top and bottom together.Its quite tall when assembled due to the need to get spice jars out of the rack, but that means that you do need a lot of height in your cupboards to use both the top and bottom halves.I found that I was only able to use the bottom half, but it does allow easy reaching of stuff at the back of the cupboard I wouldn't otherwise be able to easily reach.Quite expensive for relatively cheap construction of the unit

Top one holds all my bath products and the bottom one holds all the kids stuff.
