Q: Can i be informed when back in stock please?

I just ordered it anyway even though it said unavailable. It said I will receive it when back in stock. That was Saturday and I received an email today (Monday) that it will be delivered tomorrow. So I'd recommend just placing the order.

Q: Please can you use padding? Had two come today and had to send them back as they had a broken jar in each.

I didn’t even received mine as it must of been damaged very badly in transit !! Must be a packaging problem
