honestly i was so scared i guess its a hit or miss based on the reviews i dont see any scratches on the front screen and no dings or scratches on the side just 2 dings on the camera but they did not affect the camera quality i upgraded from my 11 so maybe its just like way too good to me but its a really good phone it came in 3 days service was easy i use straight talk this review is a few hours after getting it and it was a little hot after updating and setting it up but now its perfect!!

This refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max has almost 10x the storage of my iPhone 12. Data and phone number transfer (cloning my old iPhone 12) was a breeze. Phone looks brand new and not a nick or scratch on this phone. Battery maximum capacity is 83% which is lower than I hoped but my first day with the phone and battery seems to work normally (time will tell). Camera seems to take great photos (see attached example). Overall after my first day with this iPhone 15Pro Max, I'm very pleased.

For a Good Conditioned device, my phone arrived wrapped w/ bubble wrap only but other than that the packaging includes an alternative charging cable (USB-C - USB-C) and the phones back glass was new and doesn't show any signs of scratches also the screen only had one minor scratch but barely noticeable and the setup process was simple and the battery health is expected and the phone operates just as expected.

IT WAS AN AMAZING PURCHASE! When looking at it when first receivina it. The small protector or the phone wasn't placed evenly but there was no signs of scratches or possible damage. All in all that it was in good shape! When first turning it or it was on 60% which gives you enough time to set up! lf you're looking into purchasing this, I say go for it! The onlv downside was the lack of placement of the thin protection over the phone when you first take it out of the box. But there is nothing wrong with the phone! ^ Read less

Works perfectly so far. I bought this to replace an iPhone 8 which I could no longer update so I was losing access to some apps. So far so good.

I live in Colombia and received the phone through a freight forwarder. Unfortunately, the device arrived with several issues: the battery overheats and drains very quickly, and both the screen and the battery are not genuine. The main camera lens is scratched, causing blurry focus and photo defects, and there was also cosmetic wear not mentioned in the listing. I’ve previously purchased refurbished Apple products in “excellent” condition—including Apple Watches and MacBooks—and this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this. For context, I purchased this phone listed as “excellent condition.” I contacted the seller and, after seeing some positive reviews, suggested a replacement. However, they said they had no stock available. They offered $25 to keep the phone or a refund, which doesn’t even come close to covering all these defects. They also stated that if I was outside the U.S., they wouldn’t cover return shipping—fortunately, my freight forwarding service allows returns, but not all do. Luckily, I still had my iPhone 13, which allowed me to wait for the refund process without being left without a phone. Since a replacement isn’t possible, returning the device for a full refund is the only solution

The phone arrived early, which was great. But once it was unboxed, a large scratch was noticed on the top of the screen. A message was sent to the seller as the phone was advertised as excellent, and they responded immediately and offered a full refund if I wished to send the phone back or a 5% refund if I kept it. Other than the scratch, there are no other cosmetic flaws. The phone operates perfectly, and the battery whole a good charge. So I'll be keeping it. This is a good seller that stands behind the product they sell.
