Had this several months now and its worked flawlessly. great speeds and capacity good connectivity very fast on windows 11 . use office teams zoom etc. Streams in good quality . I don't use games so cant comment on that .Great value. Prompt delivery. Nice book. easy contact customer support (although I haven't needed it)

Till now, everything is good and i haven't encountered any problem with this device. I am thoroughly impressed by its performance, efficiency, and versatility and its amazing price. This compact device has quickly become an indispensable part of my daily computing routine.WIFI, Bluetooth, USB ports, and monitor port are working properly. Booting up is quick and take only seconds. The Rom is 512 SSD you can expand it with the RAM as well if you want.Moreover, i was able to play heavy gaming on it, and now i am advising everyone to purchase this device without hesitation.There is customer support which reply quickly in case if you encountered any problem and they are very helpful.

I bought this to replace a powerful gaming PC which was using 200W in power consumption, which I wasnt really using for gaming. This is more than enough power for a WFH PC and power consumption ranges from 10 - 25W according to the manual (and I can see a dramatic drop in power consumption). Its compact and easy to upgrade with memory and M2 SSD. The only slight niggle is that sometimes the video seems to stop when it goes into hibernate mode and I cant seem to get it to wake without a hard power cycle. Will see if it becomes a problem. Also the support are on WhatsApp and responsive so I find that much easier than waiting on the end of a "help" line. Overall for the price I would recommend as a compact but performant mid-range PC.

This is advertised as a gaming pc but it won’t even play the most basic of games without lagging or crashing . Do not buy if you want to play games apart from solitaire. Good as office pc or for students. But not for games ! Disappointed

Ordered to replace a tower that was coming to the end of its useful life and the need to upgrade to Windows 11. I've not considered using a mini-PC before now and, I've always used Intel so making the switch to a mini PC AND to AMD was a leap of faith. Overall, the device has been stable, it was very easy to set up and helpfully provided guidance to recommend NOT to connect to a LAN until started up to avoid delays to getting started by system upgrades.The device is quiet, unobtrusive and has sufficient ports to connect to the usual devices. I purchased it with SOULION R30 Computer Speakers which compliments it nicely. WiFi is stable, and easy to connect. The 32GB memory increases the speed considerably over my previous 16GB.The LED lights are ok - the software provided by the website does not appear to work so I cannot change the lighting pattern but, to be honest, I am not at all bothered by it.The three modes, I have not really had a need to use, I only play casual games and not ultramodern ones at that so I doubt the Performance Mode will be used. The Auto Mode has been sufficient so far for my web/Office usage.All in all, I am glad I took the leap and bought this. If you are in need of a stable, fast, and (so far) reliable computer I would recommend this.UPDATE I contacted the seller about the RGB software and they responded very quickly withe solution. Could not be happier with their response.
