Better than expected!

If you're looking for a face yoga book with great pictures, helpful tips, and prompts, an entire section on facial massage, and another section on helpful facial pinching. This is the one for you!The pictures are fantastic and very helpful, the exercises are more independent movements of your facial muscles, then massaging them (as is popular on social media) but like I said, there is an entire extra section on facial massage too.One helpful tip – do these exercise exercises in the morning, or early afternoon if you (like many of us) suffer from clenching, grinding, tightening your jaw while you sleep. If you do these exercises at night, it can cause some discomfort.

Easy instruction
Definitely worth getting this book, while you can just move your face and feel which muscles are being engaged, this book gives simple instruction for correct form and the right exercises to choose. Absolutely recommend

Still in test mode....
I'm only on day 8 of 15 but I give it 3 stars for now since I can really feel the muscles working while I'm doing the exercises. I'm doing all 30 so it takes a good half hour. Will update in another week or so.

Didn't do what I'd hoped; actually did something better!
After a grade-school-aged relative told me that I have a "chameleon neck," I first used it as an opportunity to teach him (gently) that it's almost always a bad idea to compare someone's body part to an animal's. My next step was to buy this book. After 3 weeks of doing the exercises, I see "my" smile again. I hadn't realized how much it had changed over time. (I'm 51.) My neck seems no different, but I have the suspicion that the only thing that will change that besides cosmetic surgery (which clashes with my values) is building a time machine so I can tell my 18-year-old self to quit smoking and stay out of the sun. So if I still look like a chameleon, I look like a happier, more vibrant chameleon. I didn't get the result I was hoping for, but I ended up with a result that I now know is much more important!
