Very easy and simple to install and to use! The video was the best part! Now that I have it installed…it works perfectly! Quick release and secure…very comfortable. I enjoyed it so well, I bought another one for my girlfriend!

Makes a helmet easy on and off. Makes stops quicker and more pleasant. Can be fastened and unfastened with gloves on.

This works as intended. It was simple to install, and is good and sturdy.

Excellent item to add on to your helmet but the pull handle got frayed easily, is why I placed a 4 star instead of 5.

Make sure you don't accidentally buy the much cheaper set of 3 like I almost did lol, because the ones I was about to buy are for something like 1/2 wide straps, when our std adult series straps I believe are about 1''. I was hoping for the light weight plastic, straps, these are pretty heavy being steel, now that I have them on and have been using the helmet , it isn't something I notice, and maybe better than plastic regardless. :shrugs: The associated video instruction was very good, and install was easy except for having to fiddle and drop the very short screw that holds it all together, the length of the screw should be at the very least, twice the length that it is. I used blue locktite on the screw as I wasn't confident that it would not eventually back out and disappear. I attached a looped zip tye to the end of the pull strap that releases the latch for easy finding, even with gloves on, when I'm wanting to take off my helmet quickly.

Worked well, takes a bit of manipulation to install, been working great for 6 months now

Installed it a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Used Loctite Blue to make sure the screw didn't come loose. Adjusted it so that at full closure, the strap feels exactly how I would setup my DD rings. The bulky part sits up high to the side unlike some others that lengthen the DD ring side and press against the throat. I was able to fold back the DD rings and the extra tail end back inside the existing strap sleeves so that they're always out of the way.

If your helmet still uses old d'rings. You need this quick release. Install in just a few minutes. Holds tight, no effort putting on or off. Actually adds a little length you can adjust. Love this, now on all my snowmobile helmets.

Forget the plastic quick release helmet buckles. I've used 4 or 5 different types, only one with long term success. This is however, the most solid, well made quick release add on I have encountered. With the fabric tab on the release handle you can easily remove the helmet with gloves on. I think it is definitely worth the money and time waiting for shipping.
