Great for virtual meetings.
We purchased several of these for our locations across AZ and NM and they work great. It was much cheaper than getting a conferencing system and super easy for those who struggle with technology. Easy plug and play. Great sound for both sides and love the auto framing of the speaker. My boss loves these which makes me look good. The only issue we have is the remotes don't work consistently. They work for a few minutes and then not again for the day. Even with new batteries.

No fuss, plug and play
Great image quality and speakers. The microphone is clear. Mounting was simple, and the usb cable was long enough to route through the wall to the center of the conference table. True plug and play — no 3rd party download/app required. Windows, Teams, Zoom had no problems detecting or using the camera/speaker/microphone. The only negative I have is the cameras face detection (auto-framing) could be snappier. When you walk out of frame or when someone else begins to speak, it takes the camera a few seconds to detect and reframe the person speaking. Ideally, I would like this to happen instantly, but not a big deal.

Great camera and sound quality
Camera works great and does a great job focusing in on who is speaking. We are using this camera in a 20'x24' conference room and the sound was great, the only issue we found was the users on the call couldn't hear us very well unless we were closer to the camera. There may be a remote mic we can add to the system to resolve the issue. Overall great purchase and looking forward to using it in the future.

Great System
This portable Polycom worked absolutely awesome for a remote executive meeting at an off-site location. Easy to connect, and very user friendly.

Discontinued...for good reason.
Microphone quality is so-so and not suitable for any more than a 10 x10 conferencing space. Auto framing works surprisingly well, but does so digitally, so resolution is degraded and varies noticeably with different fields of view. Disappointing, even at the closeout price.

Unbelievably Good!
Camera is super cool - it has a smart technology that looks at the person speaking and highlights them. Very neat and helpful with multiple people in the room. Literally plug and play - up and running within 30 seconds. I have it working with Teams and doing voice calls over Telegram. I spent around $500 trying to cobble a bunk of equipment to do what this does and those items never really worked. Buy it.

Works great - until it doesn't
This was put in the conference room of a small company and used occasionally. It was mounted to a TV stand that had a large TV and a UPS so it could be rolled around if needed. It wasn't used for months when the office was closed last year. Worked good, especially where it would automatically focus on a speaker, so it was perfect for its position at the end of a long table. Sound was good, video quality was acceptable, not great. When it worked I was unhappy about how expensive it was compared to its performance, but not enough to return it. My mistake.Exactly 13 months after purchase, one month after warranty expired, it turned off and would not turn back on. When I plug it in the computer says I plugged in "QUSB_BULK" and says it is unknown and failed. No lights, no sound. Now I get to go and tell my boss that the $800 web conferencing hardware that was barely used during the pandemic is a useless brick.Avoid at all costs, mediocre performance is not worth the cost, especially if it is designed to fail after the alarmingly short warranty period is up.
