Super comfy.. this can go in any closed footwear and you are good to go.. very soft... i was relieved of my pain i used to have before. Long lasting... very light weight..

It's comfortable, support is ok too, but quality's bit low cox the surface has started linting just aft a week's use..But for people with budget it's ok i guess...

Terrible product.First of all it’s so wide and thickSecond it occupies most of the space in my shoes making it so difficult that there’s no space for my feet anymore despite removing the previous insolesThird I tried wearing it with one of my big shoes so i can actually fit my feet and it my feet starts hurting after walking for 5 minutes mind this my feet usually doesn’t hurt when i walkI would not recommendI cant even return the product because I already cut it in my size

IT is too soft to correct flat feetnot effective

Works well pm my ultrabounce shoes and yes I am ultradistance runner it works for my overpronating foot best
