This is a wonderful product

I'd probably rate it 4.5, because it's off of my 1/2 sheet pan's measurements by about 1/2 in each direction (too wide, but not long enough), but it's close enough for 99% of my uses, and it works really well. Much cheaper than buying rolls of parchment locally, and so, so much easier to use than the rolls. No fighting it to lay flat, no 6" extra hanging over the sides of the pan from the rolls not being the size of my pans...

Great product and perfect for any oven cooking. I use them on all my sheet pans (half, 9x13, and glass Corning Wear dish) for easy clean up. I fold the ends and flip over in the glass dish and cut one sheet in half to fit my 9×13. A significant amount and priced right in my opinion, especially since I'm getting multiple ways to use the sheets.

Was exactly what I was looking for in parchment paper. Fits on my large baking sheets perfectly. As a small gripe (and probably doesn't apply to everyone), I prefer a more compact design for packaging and storage. The large sheets lay flat in the package and it makes for a rather large box to store. Also, with a box of this size, I would prefer a side opening access because the way my cabinets are, I can't just pull out a sheet, I have to pull out and turn the box to get a sheet out. I might do the effort of folding the sheets into a square and storing into a more compact container. Just a preference to make things quick and easy. Love the product and would definitely purchase again.
