Overall I am very impressed and the computer has worked seamlessly right out of the box! Build Quality and Design: 10/10 The white case with fish tank glass looks amazing and is the highlight piece of the room. The RGB lighting is bright and fun, with easy off switches on the top of the case. Everything came shipped in a secure styrofoam with the internals wrapped individually. The build is sturdy and there is zero wiggle or movement. Performance: 9/10 The PC runs flawlessly with all games tested (Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite) on the highest settings with no stutter or lag. The Nvidia 4060 Ti with 32GB of DDR4 RAM partner beautifully with future proofing speeds for newer games. A 1TB SSD is fast and holds a decent amount of space for multiple games. The PC runs cool to the touch with the low maintainence liquid cooling system and multiple case fans. Value: 9/10 For what you’re getting, the price assembled is significantly cheaper than most reputable brands on the market. Low risk-high reward! WiFi connectivity

Bought the R5-5600X, 1TB NVME SSD, 32GB Ram, RTX 4060. Paid $999 US. Computer arrived nicely packed, opened up and ran perfectly from jump street. Had to call customer service to get a key for windows, but they had me dialed in while I was on the phone. After about five or six weeks, the SSD took a crap. I called customer service and they had me take and send a couple of pics right then. They identified the SSD as one they had had several problems with, immediately appologized and offered me a replacement. During the replacement process, CS stayed in touch with me constantly, reassuring me that the issue was being taken care of. My new SSD is enroute now. I expect no issues. - ***UPDATE*** - SSD arrived in less time than they told me. It was preconfigured with a fully activated copy of Windows. Snapped right in like it was made just to do that very thing, and I was back up and running in five minutes. Easy, peasy, toasty, cheesy. Bravo, ViprTECH! This PC is not made with top shelf parts, but it does what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. I have a 55 inch, 4K, 120 hZ TV I use as a monitor. I can play Cyberpunk 2077 at 2560x1440 res, high detail, ray tracing on ultra, and get between 55 and 70 FPS, with the liquid-cooled system running literally ice-cold (55C). Not bad for a $999 machine. When I bought this, I needed two new PCs. I got two, for $2000. The other PC was a Skytech model I bought for my wife. She doesn't game nearly as much, so her machine has an RTX 3060 Ti. Viprtech is a new company. They are lean and hungry and doing good work to get inexpensive but capable PCs into gamer's hands. They are definitely a good choice for your next PC, especially if you need to get absolutely as much PC as you posibly can for every dollar you spend, and you want to buy from a company that will work to make sure you get treated right. Five stars.

Everytime I tried to turn on my pc it would automatically reboot in a loop. UPDATE so I went to Best Buy to get it fixed and I did which cost me around 170 dollars. I will say this pc runs very well but the fact that I spent over 1k on this pc just for it to trouble shoot on me when I first got it was very disappointing considering that you guys said that you run every gaming pc before sending it out to the buyer. If I was to rate this experience I’d give it a 5/10 but the pc overall is very great! If the trouble shooting situation didn’t happen I wouldn’t gave it a 10/10. Update AGAIN… So it’s around the beginning of may and my pc does the same thing. Thank god I didn’t have to pay another 170 dollars for it to get fixed again. But then the wifi plug in that was given to me stops working. By all the if you don’t want your first pc experience to be like this FIND ANOTHER WORKING PC AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

Very easy to get going it was basically plug and play!!! I love how it has an opening door on the side so I can easily access the inside. You can choose which color you’d like or if you want rainbow. It came packed beautifully, nice and safe, and even with a checklist! It came with its own bluetooth wifi connector but for some reason after a couple weeks of use i had issues connecting (could be entirely a wifi issue- honestly cox can fight me) so i ended up getting a physical ethernet cable and she runs beautifully. I’ve been playing Stardew Valley with 170 mods and not even a hitch in performance. I haven’t noticed any overheating issues at all and I literally have my gaming setup in a small walk-in closet. The price point seems fair with it being a plug n play liquid cooled PC, and I was able to have it financed through Affirm with no issues. Noise level isn’t bad imo, starting it up did make an interesting sound but I assume that’s just the liquid cooling system doing its thing. It makes a very light humming/fan noise when running (as would any device). I waited for a few weeks before posting because I wanted to give the most accurate rating possible. After searching Amazon for the perfect PC for me for months, I landed on this one and i am quite happy. I will admit i am not the most advanced player, but I have been enjoying multiple games without issues and I have a system that will (hopefully) keep giving for years and thats all I wanted. I will update if i have any issues in the future but as of now i am very happy and definitely recommend!
